Coldwell Banker is asking it's 25,000 sellers who listed properties with the brokerage to cut 10% off their listing prices.
IMO, this should have been done 2 years ago...but it's a good start.

CB ASKS SELLERS TO CUT 10% OFF PRICE
Coldwell Banker is asking it's 25,000 sellers who listed properties with the brokerage to cut 10% off their listing prices.
IMO, this should have been done 2 years ago...but it's a good start.
